PLEASE NOTE:  After you complete the form and we provide you the quote, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at time of booking. This deposit does not include airfare which must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. 

Deposits and Payment for Tour Packages.

Deposits: You agree to pay a fifty (50%) non-refundable deposit for each person for whom a reservation is made at the time of reservation. This deposit does not include airfare which must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.  The Airlines do not have payment plan options. Note that some travel packages have different payment terms, e.g., "Book Early Deposits," "Special Offers," etc. In these cases, special payment dates apply. All payments are non-refundable.

Deposits are not transferable. If there is a reduction in the size of the group, the individual’s deposit is not transferable to the balance of the group.  Non-refundable final payment of the remaining cost of the package is due at least seventy -five (75) calendar days before program commencement. Bookings received within one hundred (100) days of program commencement require immediate full payment. We recommend purchasing cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which we provide. Forms of payment we accept Visa and MasterCard. All prices are subject to change until deposit is received. By paying the deposit you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions provided on your confirmation email which you received with your quote.
