Should you wish to decline the travel insurance protection, after reading the section regarding Travel Insurance Information, we request a signed Travel Insurance Waiver be completed and submitted to us. In addition, to protect you from fradulent activity and protect our company from credit card fraud, we request a clear copy of the front side and back side of your valid Driver's License/State Issued Identificationthat (or the person whose credit card is paying for this trip).
Pleaase note that our Travel Disclaimers & Travel Protection Insurance Waiver also has a section for your initial deposit to be made.....it reads as follows - Per your itinerary, you are aware of the total cost trip and monies due as outlined. Please complete the fields below along with your payment information. In doing so, you are authorizing payment(s) in the method agreed to in writing and per your itinerary. If additional information is required, we will send you our Credit Card Authorization Form which gets verifed by our third party-credit card authorizer (or you can fill it out now), so that payments for your trip may get processed. Please note, no charges will be charged to your credit card with out your authorization.
